I first received a call from Kelly a few weeks ago when she asked me if I would be interested in a vacancy she was trying to fill. Due to the fact that the company used a lesser-known job title, I had not seen the vacancy advertised anywhere - making me feel "headhunted" in the true sense of the word. Headhunters rendered a very proactive and responsive service to the Businesswomen’s Association in our search for an Executive Director.
