Our client a leading fast food franchise, is looking for an assistant manager to run their outlet in New Brighton

If you have a passion for food and hospitality and want a serious amount of responsibility in your job - then this job is for you.

You will be responsible for:

  • the overall operations and profitability of the outlet.
  • managing the day-to-day running of the establishment
  • making sure that high standards of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene, quality assurance, staff morale, training and performance are maintained.
  • managing junior employees directly,
  • leading training exercises,
  • recruiting new staff members
  • taking control of all financial management activities (including invoicing, stock takes, budget control and the distribution of staff wages).

PLEASE NOTE that this position is shift work and will include weekends and public holidays.


Minimum two years experience within a fast food establishment will be advantageous



  • Unendorsed drivers license
  • Own vehicle ESSENTIAL!
