Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, System Support, or similar

Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting production systems in a customer-facing environment

Experience with ERP and business application support - Sap Hana
-
Exposure to database systems, reporting, and query tools
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
Effective time management and task prioritisation skills
-
Strong relationship-building capability
-
Desire to learn, grow, and develop within the organisation

Proven team player with a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
Application and ERP Support
-
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for enterprise systems, including ERP platforms
-
Deliver first and second level application support to internal users and external customers
-
Answer user queries, identify issues, and provide effective short- and long-term solutions
-
Investigate, analyse, and resolve system incidents and root causes
Service Desk and Incident Management
-
Log, track, and manage support calls in real time
-
Assign appropriate priorities (low, medium, urgent, high, critical)
-
Identify recurring issues and report trends during weekly reviews
-
Proactively alert management to critical or systemic risks
System Improvement and Projects
-
Participate in system enhancements and new solution development
-
Provide system consultancy for divisional and cross-divisional projects
-
Support pre- and post-implementation phases with process owners
-
Review and recommend continuous improvements to systems and support processes
Documentation and Knowledge Management

Maintain and expand the Help Desk knowledge base
-
Create and update quality problem-resolution articles
-
Document technical processes and system functionality
-
Ensure documentation remains accurate and current
Data Integrity and Monitoring

Maintain system data quality and integrity
-
Monitor critical systems and services
-
Perform system maintenance tasks according to agreed schedules
Supplier and Stakeholder Engagement

Manage relationships with approved software and support suppliers

Liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively at all levels
