Description	Our client in the IT industry based in Johannesburg (Bryanston) is currently looking to employ a Data Analyst/ Application Administrator (EE). Main Purpose of the Position: Responsible for creating and maintaining a data warehouse to receive monthly exports from various systems. (Required) Design and maintenance of business-related reports, along with access management and delivery as required by business. (Required) Assisting with database administration and technical assistance with ConnectWise (CW) applications: PSA (Manage), CPQ (Sell) and Automate. (Nice to have) Required skills / knowledge: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL Microsoft certified qualification Experience with Windows servers, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office SharePoint, SSRS, PowerBI, Visual studio. ITIL Desired skills / knowledge: PostgresSQL (Would be an advantage) Python (Would be an advantage) Responsibilities: Implement data models, database designs, data access. Resolve database performance and capacity, replication and other distributed data issues. Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users. Design and create business related reports. Engagement with stakeholders to guide them towards appropriate and accurate data collection. Maintain business reports. Develop and design datasets for complex financial reporting. Assist Technical department with reporting requirements. (Zabbix etc) Assist with CW application administration. (CW PSA, CW CPQ, CW Automate) Assist with PSA report writer, CPQ reporting and Automate reporting.
