Description	Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric. Valid driver's license and reliable transport. Strong leadership, disciplined execution, and proactive relationship management skills. Ability to drive divisional sales growth and achievement of sales targets. Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop Customer Relations Officers (CROs). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to maintain excellent communication with members, suppliers, and internal departments. Ability to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and open communication. Strong administration, reporting, and operational documentation skills. Ability to ensure compliance with ordering, subsidy, claims, escalation, and cancellation procedures. Ability to monitor system maintenance, order status management, and timely billing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure signed approvals are uploaded to Portal. Ability to promote face-to-face and telephone engagement rather than relying solely on email. Ability to create a high-energy, sales-driven culture.
