Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have their own reliable transport.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and South African labour legislation.
• Able to conduct performance reviews, handle grievances, experience working with Pastel Payroll.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in working with SARS, COIDA and SEETA as well as all other external compliance measures.
