Description Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and certifications. 
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position. 
  • Exposure to working within the financial services or wealth management environment would be beneficial.
  • Solid computer literacy skills: Microsoft Office (Excel essential). 
  • Must understand JSON payloads and configuration files.  
  • Ability to troubleshoot integrations when needed. 
  • Ability to read existing code (JavaScript and C#). 
  • Power BI proficiency (preferable but not essential). 
  • Internal Applications proficiency (proprietary systems built in- house). 
  • Exposure to CRM systems (Xplan) would be beneficial 
  • XLS. 
  • QuicklySign.
Requirements but not limited to:
  • Cleansing, sanitization, deduplication, transformation and preparing client data for new Advisor practices that enter the business.  
  • Proactively interrogate and analyse data to identify potential risks, dependencies, and showstoppers early, enabling timely intervention and ensuring a smooth Transition/data take on process.  
  • Bulk Client data take-on (file load) capability into Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.  
  • Bulk pre-population & enablement for electronic client sign on.  
  • Bulk digital signatures setup and enablement for clients on behalf of an Advisor practice.  
  • Integrate all processes into the CRM system to enable communication channels with clients.  
  • Daily trouble shooting of electronic processes between Advisor offices & clients.  
  • Assist internal users with onboarding clients via digital platforms.  
  • Measure take-up, successes, failures and completion. 
  • Responsible for change control of practice data into production environment.  
  • Update dashboards as per internal SLAs.  
  • Understanding the business processes to align with operating model and digital ecosystem to enable Advisor practices.  
  • Provide virtual training and support to regional practices (Advisors and Administrative Assistants), ensuring they are equipped to use digital processes effectively. 
  • Establish the systems and training of users to ensure the efficient use of electronic processes with clients.
