Description	Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in the refrigeration industry preferred Managerial experience will be beneficial Must come from a sales background Matric – non-negotiable Technical refrigeration product knowledge Technical industry knowledge with an established industry network Intermediate MS Office skills Proficient Excel skills Strong interpersonal and active listening skills Networking and customer service skills Responsibilities: Grow the branch by overseeing the functioning of its various components Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow-moving stock Recruit, select and onboard employees for the branch Review and report on item group sales performance to the Sales Manager Regularly call on and visit the branch's customer base to obtain feedback on the customer service received Ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships Please note that should you not receive a response within 2 weeks of applying, you may consider your application unsuccessful.
