Requirements:

• 3–5 years' experience in a Graphic Design or Creative Production role
• Proven, hands-on packaging design experience
• Portfolio must demonstrate live packaging work rather than concepts only
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of print production processes
• Knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, bleed and press-ready artwork
• Experience working with dielines, finishes and print specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
• Ability to manage multiple brands and creative requirements simultaneously
• Strong understanding of digital, social media, ecommerce and retail creative
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Responsibilities:

• Taking packaging projects from concept through to print-ready artwork
• Creating and preparing packaging and print artwork
• Working with dielines, finishes and print specifications
• Managing supplier artwork and sign-off processes
• Creating social media, digital and paid advertising creative across multiple platforms
• Developing creative assets for ecommerce and email marketing
• Retouching product photography
• Managing and maintaining the product image library
• Maintaining and updating brand systems within Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ensuring all creative output adheres to established brand guidelines
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team on creative requirements
• Taking ownership of the visual execution and production of creative assets
