Description	Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric. More than 10 years’ experience in automotive aftermarket sales. At least 1 year experience in a leadership role (supervisor or manager). Technical product knowledge. Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in the industry). Business acumen (understand how business works). Sales knowledge. Experience in Microsoft Office while being proficient in Excel. Proven SAP knowledge and experience. Responsibilities but not limited to: Drive revenue growth through sales team performance. Support and guide Sales Managers. Oversee sales operations and performance. Improve sales processes and efficiencies. Strengthen key customer relationships.
