Description	Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Plastic Injection Mould Setter. Experience working on TMC and Borche injection moulding machines. Proven experience in setting, changing and operating plastic injection moulding machines. Ability to adjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic production problems. Ability to identify product defects and make the necessary machine adjustments. Basic knowledge of moulds, plastic materials and injection moulding processes. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to follow production instructions, job cards and product specifications. Knowledge of health and safety requirements and willingness to use the required PPE. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday. Candidates must be willing to work on a 3-month temporary contract. Responsibilities: Set up, operate and adjust plastic injection moulding machines to ensure safe and efficient production. Set up, install, change and remove moulds on injection moulding machines. Connect and disconnect water, air, hydraulic and other required lines. Set and adjust machine temperatures, pressures, cycle times and other machine parameters. Start machines and monitor production to ensure safe and correct operation. Adjust machine settings to correct defects and maintain required product quality. Read and follow job cards, production instructions and product specifications. Load the correct raw materials into machine hoppers. Monitor material usage and ensure the correct materials and colours are used. Inspect finished products and identify defects. Monitor and reduce scrap, rejects and unnecessary downtime. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machines and equipment. Report machine, mould or equipment problems to the relevant supervisor or manager. Ensure production targets and required quality standards are achieved. Complete required production and quality documentation. Keep machines and work areas clean, safe and organised. Follow all company health and safety rules and wear the required PPE.
