Description	Requirements: Matric or higher. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role. Efficient in SAP system. Excellent Microsoft office. Code 8 license. Confident and proactive approach-anticipates issues and requirements. Must be a team player. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Read and write in English. Responsibilities but not limited to: Manage deal files for sales team. Ensure all relevant documentation is in file to meet minimum FAIS and company document requirements. Ensure all relevant Bank documentation are on file to meet minimum FICA and company requirements. Ensure all warranty registrations are submitted timeously on all sold vehicles as per warranty policy and procedure. Complete and submit all invoice instructions accurately to Sales Manager for sign off. Ensure all invoices are completed as per monthly target (you are requiring to work late on month end). Complete delivery documentation for salesperson once vehicle is ready for delivery. Open and close sublet supplier orders. Liaising with sublet suppliers on lead times and vehicle collection/delivery. Supply other workshop with PDI and fitment orders. Liaising with other workshop and sublet suppliers to ensure all orders on vehicles are received and closed timeously before invoicing. Assist sales staff in communicating with customers and keep them informed / updated on progress regarding their purchase. Assist customer with queries and documentation of previously purchased vehicles. Liaising with Licensing administrator for tare change, permits and vehicle registration and license.
