Description	Requirements Grade 12 / Matric Degree or equivalent qualification in Business/Accounting/Finance or Credit Risk. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an FNI department. Proven experience in analysing corporate financial statements and cash flows. Experience in preparing professional Credit Committee papers or Credit Memoranda. Experience in managing or assessing material corporate credit exposure. Strong Software Skills in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP, Power BI, credit management systems, loan origination systems or similar financial systems will be advantageous. Own vehicle and valid Code 8 licence. Responsibilities: Credit Assessment and Underwriting. Financial Analysis. Credit Structuring. Credit Rating and Risk Classification. Credit Approval and Credit Committee. Customer Due Diligence. Security and Collateral Assessment. Post-Lending Credit Monitoring. Early Warning and Watchlist Management. Arrears and Problem Account Management. Portfolio Credit Risk Management. IFRS 9 and Expected Credit Loss Support. Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities. Credit Policy and Governance.
