Description	Requirements: Matric / Grade 12. Relevant degree or diploma in accounting. 3-5 years' experience as a finance manager. SAIPA / SAICA would be advantageous. Experience with Sage ERP system, Barcode system. Staff transport will be available. Responsibilities, but not limited to: General Accounting and management accounts. Annual budgeting. Regular cash flow forecasting – minimum of monthly forecasts. General banking. Foreign Currency Banking – FEC contracts. Creditors processing and payments. Debtors – invoicing and collection of money. Retail invoicing and backup on wholesale invoicing. Monthly statements. Query resolution. Statutory Returns VAT - Monthly. EMP 201 - Monthly. EMP 501 – twice per year. ROE – Annual (Return of Earnings – COIDA). Human Resources Payroll. Record keeping. Employment Contracts. Banking relationships and finance agreements. Annual audit and Financial statements. Shareholder Loan accounts. IT Maintenance of hardware. Online shop maintenance. EDI Maintenance. System development.
