Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in senior leadership or executive management roles.
  • Proven experience leading business operations and sales within a high-turnover environment.
  • Experience within the FMCG sector 
  • Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities.
  • Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, profitability, cost optimisation, and financial controls.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and compliance.
  • Strong change-management and transformation capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, operations, and business development.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on new business and market opportunities.
