Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Accounting / Finance 
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a financial management role.
• Proficiency in SAGE Pastel and Payroll, and Microsoft Excel. 

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Building financial strategies and reports to improve a company's financial health and meet long-term goals.
• Preparing financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
• Monitoring financial details to ensure legal requirements are met.
• Responsible for financial reporting and budgeting.
• Reviewing financial reports and seeking ways to reduce costs.
• Developing and managing financial goals.
• Ensuring compliance with financial and statutory regulations (SARS, COIDA, etc).
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
• Oversee and support the Debtors Clerks and Supplier Clerks.
• Monitor individual and team performance against targets and provide regular feedback.
