Our client in the Manufacturing industry, based in Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to employ an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. 

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification. 
• Must have press shop background with in-depth / technical knowledge - and even a tool maker come quality manager would be ideal.
• Must have 15+ years experience. 
• Must have a good command of the English language. 
• Must be fully competent in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools associated with quality tools. 
• Complete understanding of quality systems and specially - IATF 16949.
• Must be prepared to work overtime as and when required. 

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Manage the entire quality department which also includes metrology with full CMM functions.
• Will be required to submit written and verbal reports.
• Manage complex portfolios. 
• Will be required to chair hearings and conduct performance reviews with subordinates.
