Description

Our client is currently looking to employ an experienced Receptionist / Administrator based in Port Elizabeth.

Temporary to permanent position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Prior experience with SAP software will be an advantage.
  • Matric is essential; additional qualifications will be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in arranging local and international travel bookings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and resourceful approach.
