Salary: R20,000 to R25,000 CTC per month.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in financial services.
- Relevant tertiary education or professional courses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Experience in the financial Services Sector.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Content Creation and Management
- Create, edit and publish content (text, images, videos) across social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Curate content from other sources relevant to the organization’s brand and audience.
Social Media Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to their interests and preferences.
- Plan and launch social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Analyze social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Community Engagement and Management
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments and messages.
- Respond to audience interactions, answer questions, address concerns, and manage feedback.
- Foster a positive and engaging online community.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, reach and website traffic.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Use data insights to optimize social media strategies and content.
Other Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
- Assist with digital design, event management, and copywriting tasks.
Marketing Support
- Manage LinkedIn profiles, post weekly content and update management profiles.
- Check partner profiles for accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain ProfileMe profiles and dashboards.
- Monitor and report on social media activities to manage brand image.
- Assist in creating, designing and maintaining business communication templates within the communication framework.
- Manage internal communication templates and their distribution.
- Support the management of the WhatsApp business profile.
- Oversee the document library and ensure accurate version control of documents and policies.
- Assist with brand refresh of documents.
- Support the distribution of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and update the brand shop based on business feedback and requirements.
Event Planning
- Compile lists of bespoke event types, for example, wine and portfolio pairing or whiskey tasting events for high-net-worth clients.
- Design and deliver invitations using appropriate tools.
- Collate RSVPs and assist with campaign execution via xPlan, including post-campaign analysis.
- Support the preparation of presentation content.
Venues
- Source venues according to event type.
- Suggest menus, including food and drinks.
- Arrange menus, AV, décor and presenters.
- Ensure internal branding is prominently displayed at venues in collaboration with regional representatives.
- Organize event registration, with local offices managing the process where possible.
Handover and Post-Event
- Handover completed events to the Head of Marketing to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop post-event follow-ups, including thank you messages and surveys.
Budget
- Compile event budgets and request quotes as needed.
- Maintain and update budgets per event.
- Manage events within budget and highlight areas of concern.
- Reconcile expenses to budgets on an ongoing basis.
