Our Client in the Automotive / industrial Industry is seeking to employ a Site Coordinator to their team based in Durban.

Requirements:

• Qualified artisan with experience in automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing projects in the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate – MS Excel, Presentations.
• Self-driven.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Coordinate, perform and oversee all activities at the automotive site.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or electrical issues that arise.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Client liaison.
• Business development.
