Our Client operating in the IT, Research and Technology space is seeking to employ an Automotive Data Capturer / Researcher to their team based in Port Elizabeth.

Our client is  seeking a Automotive Data Capturer  /Researcher that would be responsible for the capture and management of vehicle data and maintain its quality, completeness, and integrity; viz.

-  Capture high-quality data that supports smart, timely products, with responsibilities including:
-  Capture Vehicle Specifications, Pricing and Optional extra’s
-  Capture Vehicle Photos and Segmentation
-  Web research to obtain detailed vehicle information
-  Follow Standards and achieve Targets

Requirements:

• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• Tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
• Reliable transport to work from the office daily.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to conduct web research and gather data efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for working with data.
• Excellent planning, follow-up, and organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards, honesty, and integrity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
• Proactive in thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to manage own and others’ emotions effectively.
• Ability to think creatively and suggest process improvements.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Capture vehicle specifications, pricing, and optional extras.
• Capture and segment vehicle photos accurately.
• Conduct web research to obtain detailed and up-to-date vehicle information.
• Follow established data standards and consistently achieve performance targets.
• Communicate with customers regularly and maintain a high level of service.
