2–5 years of experience in a sales, retail or operations environment as an Assistant Manager or Manager secures.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• NQF5/NQF 6 certificate or diploma in Retail or Business Management preferable.
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
• 2–5 years of experience in a sales, retail or operations environment as an Assistant Manager or Manager.

Undertaking:

• Criminal and credit check.
• Qualification verification.
• Computer and psychometric assessments where required.
• First aid and firefighting training.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

• Asset management.
• Stock control.
• Merchandising.
• Marketing and sales.
• Administration and cash management.
• Security and risk management.
• Customer service.
• People management.
