Proven experience in WCM and TPS coupled with 5–8 years’ production management experience in FMCG manufacturing secures!

Requirements:
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG or FMCG industry.
- Experience in TPM, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and concepts.
- Proven experience in WCM and TPS.
- Engineering or Manufacturing degree.
- 5–8 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
- Working knowledge and experience in Industrial Relations and union stakeholder management.
- SAP and ERP system proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams and implement process improvements.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and results delivery.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Manage change and transformation amongst the operating teams in the implementation of Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) phase journey and Factory of the Future line-centric organization and roles.
- Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals in line with the site’s business needs.
- Coach line leaders, cascade and communicate the plans and targets to employees to ensure alignment and understanding around priorities, focus, and KPIs.
- Establish strong governance to review, control operational performance, and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Embed a zero-loss mindset to constantly improve and deliver against best-in-class performance both internally and externally.
- Drive the operating team to identify and manage improvements to technology, culture, capability, and operating systems to deliver reliable and efficient operations.
- Ensure all manufacturing standards, governance, and compliance requirements related to Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Sustainability, and Operational Standards are in place and effectively implemented.
- Lead and be accountable for talent, capabilities, and engagement within the manufacturing team.
- Identify and implement critical levers to attract, retain, and develop key talent while building capability at all levels.
- Partner effectively with multifunctional peers internally and externally to achieve objectives, goals, and KPIs.
- Drive supply chain transformation and ensure the development of teams and succession planning.
- Manage high-performing teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including unions.
- Translate departmental strategy and vision into actionable execution plans.
