Our Client in the ICT-Solutions Industry is seeking to employ a Sales Manager - New Business to their team based in Milnerton Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Business, Sales, or related field.

• 3 - 5 years' experience in Sales Management.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Experience in strategic sales planning and execution.

• Exposure to budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Drive New Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all Company product lines, including software, hardware, PBX, and ICT solutions.

Strategic Sales Leadership:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high- performance team of sales consultants focused on securing new business accounts.

Client Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

Target Achievement:

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales targets.
