Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the automotive spare parts industry, is seeking to employ an experienced Internal Salesman to join their team based in Bloemfontein.

Requirements

• Matric
• Any relevant degree/diploma advantageous
• 3 years Automotive Spare Parts sales experience essential
• Commercial Automotive experience beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Knowledge about the spare parts of the passenger vehicles, light, medium and/or heavy duty vehicle
• Automotive spare parts knowledge
• Basic Electrical Automotive knowledge on light, medium and/or heavy-duty vehicles
• Active listening skill
• Interpersonal skills

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Promote the range and sell products to walk-in and call-in customers
• Promote products and upsell to customers
• Call customers and resolve their queries
• Help process and follow up on sales orders
• Order and follow up on stock deliveries
• Track market trends and competitor activity
