Description

An established manufacturing business is seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join their administrative team based in Deal Party, Port Elizabeth.

Pastel experience is non-negotiable!

Working Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
  • Friday: 07:30 – 15:00

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Proven experience working on Pastel (non-negotiable)
  • Previous experience in invoicing / admin role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and telephone etiquette
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and process all sales invoices accurately on Pastel
  • Ensure all invoicing is completed timeously and correctly
  • Assist with answering and directing incoming calls
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and warehouse teams
  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding invoicing queries
  • Support the Bookkeeper and Cost Accountant with ad hoc tasks
