Requirements:

• Qualified Millwright or Electrician (Trade Tested)
• Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in FMCG or related manufacturing environment
• Previous Senior Technician / supervisory experience preferred
• Tetra Pak Maintenance Courses (advantageous)
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• Hydraulics
• Pneumatics
• Electrical systems
• Mechanical systems
• PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
• Proven experience with filling and packaging equipment
• Strong leadership, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians to achieve production efficiency and maintenance targets
• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on UHT/ESL filling and downstream equipment
• Drive equipment reliability through advanced fault-finding and troubleshooting
• Support line specialists and foremen in daily operational activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Monitor team performance and maintain high engineering standards
• Participate in standby duties, shift work, and overtime as required
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance planning
• Ensure accurate completion of maintenance reports and documentation
