Requirements:

• Qualified Millwright or Electrician (Trade Tested)
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in FMCG or related manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of:
  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatics
  • Electrical systems
  • Mechanical systems
  • PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
• Proven experience with filling and packaging equipment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on UHT/ESL filling and downstream equipment
• Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
• Maintain and repair filling and packaging machinery
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency
• Work both independently and within a team to meet production targets
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and FMCG standards
• Accurately complete maintenance reports and job cards
• Participate in shift work, overtime, and standby when required
