Our client in the Manufacturing sector is looking to employ a Capturing and Credit Control Manager to join their team, based at their Head Office in Tzaneen, Limpopo.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (advantageous)
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a supervisory admin or credit control role
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced) (essential)
• Experience with systems such as IQ Retail, Sage, MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of administrative and financial processes

Responsibilities:

• Manage changes to client accounts and ensure data accuracy
• Oversee capturing and credit control departments
• Delegate daily tasks and manage team performance
• Maintain and update price lists on internal systems
• Liaise with branches, agents, managers, and zone managers
• Compile reports on departmental performance, statistics, and targets
• Create and manage batches and process refunds
• Prepare information packs for investigations
• Manage SMS portal functions (including SMS sheet creation)
• Assist Finance and Operations with journals (debits and credits)
• Build and generate reports using Excel and internal systems
• Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
• Travel when required
