Description	Our client operating in the data management, GIS, analytics and software development space, is looking to employ a Training Consultant. This will be a remote position - candidates can be based anywhere in the Western Cape. In this training role, the successful candidate will be delivering software solutions training to most real estate agents, managers and owners; therefore a real estate background is essential. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you. Requirements: 3 – 5 Years Real Estate experience is required. Experience in providing training to individuals as well as groups, both physically and online (non negotiable). Must have a matric. Excellent Computer skills. Valid driver’s license as well as own vehicle. Excellent presentation skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a team as well as individually. Ability to accurately estimate work required on tasks, priorities work and deliver to deadlines. Positive outlook on life, work and other people. Attentive to detail and passionate about data and real estate. Excited about learning, pushing technical limits and finding new solutions. Able to think creatively outside the box. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Manage training material. Manage training schedules. Execute training. Client management. Arrange all training sessions and related requirements for the Western Cape Region. Manage training schedules - both internally as well as client requirements. Increase training exposure within the existing client base. Provide physical training as well as online training. Develop and maintain training material and workbooks. Be flexible enough to do extensive travelling to clients. Manage new and existing clients.
